Do you ship overseas?
We ship to most international locations. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use most major and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
May I return or exchange my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Should you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email customer support: firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less shipping fees. Products must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "Final Sale" goods. Shipping fees vary and will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long will it take for my refund?
We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.
How fast can I receive my exchange?
As soon as you place an exchange request, our system will automatically place an exchange order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your exchange to ship. The returned goods must be delivered to our warehouse within 21 days of the delivery date.
