REFUND POLICY

At House of Raiment, we take pride in the quality and care behind every garment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged on arrival).

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email info@houseofraiment.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items listed as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items worn, altered, or returned without tags

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
