Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

International Shipping:

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders may be delayed due to external factors (weather, customs, carrier delays).
If your order is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment—additional fees may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Then email us at info@houseofraiment.com so we can help resolve the issue on our end.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit but will do our best to assist you.
