THE SHIPPING OPTIONS MAY VARY BASED ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEM AND THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE.

HOME DELIVERY: STANDARD OVERNIGHT $15.

​

FREE GROUND SHIPPING (ORDERS OVER $300 USD)

* The estimated delivery period is 3-5 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: $20 USD

​

* The estimated delivery period is 1-3 business days.

​

*  A confirmation email will be sent with shipping details once your order is placed, then shipped.

RETURN POLICY FOR DIRECT TO CONSUMER (DTC) CUSTOMERS:

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 15 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. Returns made within 15 days of purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card originally used for payment. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition.

RETURNS BY MAIL

To return your online purchases by mail, follow the instructions listed below. You’ll also find instructions on the bottom portion of the packing slip included with your order.

​

  • Fill Out the return form included with your order and be sure to include the form in the return package.

  • Use the Prepaid UPS Return Label included with your order.

  • Affix the Prepaid UPS domestic return label to the shipping box.

  • Take your package to a UPS location. Locations include UPS Stores, UPS drop boxes, UPS customer centers and authorized retail outlets. You can find your closest UPS location at www.ups.com/dropoff.

  • A returns fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to your credit card if the prepaid label is used.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

 

We will exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged WITHIN 5 DAYS. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@houseofraiment.com.

FOR WHOLESALE SPECIALTY ORDERS:

​

Please review your shipments upon receipt. All claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior autorization.
